This is one of my favorite books! I read it with my eighth grade students when it first came out. I was amazed how it turned my students on to reading. Loved it!!

It is very similar to the book The Glass Castle which I did not enjoy, unfortunately.

Katie | 23 comments I just finished couple books, I was reading A View from the Buggy by Jerry S. Eicher, and Nathan Miller. It was a book with complied with stories about people who were Amish. It was very great book. Then I started reading Skipping Christmas by John Grisham, not knowing the movie Christmas with the Kranks was based on the book. It was very cute book, couldn’t keep off my tablet.

Now I’m currently reading Dead of Heels by Charlaine Harris, Aurora Teagarden Mystery is the best books.

The amount of research that went into this book is impressive and Liz did an excellent job educating all of us on such a difficult crisis in our present society.

Now I'm back to trying to get through the Warmth of Other Suns.
