I'm reading three or four books at a time. Each night, one wins out according to my mood. The last couple of nights, it's been Louise Erdrich's novel, The Night Watchman. And I'm re-reading Willa Cather's My Antonia (sigh). I'm also reading another Marie Benedit book, Her Hidden Genius, and Never Caught, The Washington's Relentless Pursuit of their Runaway Slave Ona Judge. And I'm re-reading my own novel (tense) that was released in April - Catharine Queen of the Tumbling Waters. And a collection of Irish stories by Pat Greene, and a book about again...can't recall the title....never enough time to read and write!
My 5-star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 review of The Last Exchange

Publication date October 3rd!!
I'm on the last book for the Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Mass; Kingdom of Ash. I can't wait to see how things wrap up in this series!!
I've just started Go as a river by Shelley Read. I've just completed the accidental tourist by Anne Tyler
Beyond That, the Sea -- and I'm loving it. Definitely character and relationship based. Not striking me as historical fiction at all.
