Sorry if I wasn't clear enough. I don't need help removing a pirated work. I'm asking which is the librarian policy regarding this matter. If I found a reference to a pirated edition should I remove it from the database?

That is the purview of GR staff, which is why Arenda suggested you contact them.
Sorry again: I'm a librarian. I can delete books. The referenced book is a pirated edition already removed from Amazon. Should I remove it from Goodreads? I am volunteering to do it, but I want to know if that is the right thing to do
The correct thing to do, is not to take any actions as a librarian, but to the Contact Us link on the Help page to request such issues be reviewed by our legal team.

Also what about online legal shared drafts of upcoming books? I guess there's no place for them
