every subject gave me homework haha, i had to write an essay for philosophy and an oral for literature, so those were the biggest things!

Well, classes will go to online learning, but school will be open for students who have parents who have to work. So I’m guessing since I’m casual I’ll still get called if someone calls off sick or something but I’ll teach a smaller class, and I’m hoping someone else will deal with the online stuff? It should be good

well most schools let people do one year 12 subject, but my school is one of the only schools that lets you do two year 12 subjects in year 11, and you have to be in the top 10% of the year level for that😅

haha thank you!
yep exactly, i only have to do 4 subjects next year, which will give me more time to focus on those 4. and if i don't go well in one of my year 12 subjects this year, then i can always repeat it next year as well, and get a new (and hopefully) mark.
French isn't too bad, but it can be pretty painful in terms of attempting to memorise all the different tenses and vocab, given we never really learn tenses for English, you just pick it up as you go! but yeah, i quite enjoy it, though it's definitely the worst subject to learn online, which is why i'm not really enjoying online school this year :(

Your subjects are much different from the ones I did, I would have loved to have done literature. What's that about? Is it like English subject?

Oh yeah, sounds like Spanish. But at least it is enjoyable. Hopefully remote learning ends soon though! I can imagine how hard it would be to teach and learn a language online!

thank you! yeah literature is an english subject, it's usually for people that love reading (like me hehe) and basically it's an in-depth study into different books and writing styles and messages and everything. it's lots of fun!

Haha science was never my strong subjects. So good on you for doing year 12 biology! All the best with Chem though. I did both Chem and bio in year 11 and 12 so I know the struggle, but at the same time it, some of the content taught us quite fun too

we read The Yellow Wallpaper which was really good, it's a short story that was written by a woman back in the days of the 1800's i think, which was really interesting to read about!

It has been fun.

However Layla and Musa were defeated early in the game. Stella and Flora made it through the middle but were defeated. Bloom and Tecna almost won. However in the end a villain (Stormy) won.

Hi all Winter has come to the North of Canada. For the last 2 days we've been getting snow. Hope everybody's getting a lot of reading done and hopefully I'll be more active around here.
