I've been pretty good, busy with my new job but I am loving it
I am a casual teacher and I've been asked to work 3 whole weeks starting from next week at a school so that will be exciting

I haven't been reading any specific genres but i'm reading The Song of Achilles and it's absolutely amazing. It was on my tbr for so long because people kept telling me how good it was but if you have any recommendations I would love that

I started reading Lore thinking it would be great, sadly it isn't and I still haven't had the motivation to finish it :/
I haven't read much Greek mythology other than Percy Jackson which is awesome
There is Gods of Jade and Shadow which was Mexican folklore and it was amazing! highly recommend it
And with Darcey I am reading the Red Rising series by Pierce Brown, were up to the second book and it's definitely one of my fav series this year. I would recommend it as well

That's sad because I heard good things about Lore too but ig if you don't like it, it isn't worth a read. I also read Percy Jackson when I was younger which is so good. Thanks for the recommendations too <3 I will check them out and let you know. I obviously love Harry Porter but another one I really liked is Mr. Mercedes trilogy by Stephen King. You HAVE to check it out.

i honestly don't blame you for not finishing lore, the only reason I was able to finish it was bcz of the pressure from buddy reading nothing else.

No! Don't feel that way, trust me ik many people who haven't read anything from him yet. He is a great author but some people just simply don't like the genre of his books. You are not missing out on anything <3
