There are ways for someone to control their stage fright, anxiety and stress.

Some times you get struggles for presenting a speech to a class and you have so many going to your head saying why the hell are these people staring at me. What you must remember is that you can just get over with it and do it now than later. What people with stage fright must do is try practising presenting a speech on their own. If you think you have succeeded try reading out a story in a quiet room and see what happens. If you feel like you can unlock that you can try talking it to 1 supportive person. Remember we are not perfect what makes us perfect is that we are not perfect. If you know a good person who is willing to listen to you it is best to try to see if you comfortable speaking out to them. Then try to speak out slowly to number of people going small to big is a perfect option. Don't worry about time either. Try to be patient to yourself and it might take forever but you will get there eventually. What can you lose? Maybe if you have a free session in your timetable you can fit it in your time slot.

You can try some methods to reduce to relax your anxiety or stress. Try researching Sand Therapy. It is where you get a tray and fill it with sand and try smoothly moving your hand around it and feel the soft textures. Ty listening to a chirpy music while you are doing so and try to let go of things. You can think about a really good story and it might help you.

My 2 outmost favourite are Skylanders and Sims 4.

I like Skylanders because I love the characters.
I like Sims 4 because you get to create your own virtual world of characters and make them have lives just like you. If you are sort of person who likes making stories this should be for you.
