I think it really benefited me when I stopped when I became a vegetarian. I feel less stressed and I feel much lighter.

If you could would you convert to a vegetarian for at least one week? I think those who have takeaways all day will find it more difficult to manage the vegetarianism. But just because you are vegetarian that your diet is healthy. #chips, onion rings, cakes and crisps. But it is limited. It is debatable.

Divali is a festival mostly celebrated by Hindus. It is the festical of light.

As Rumell said, Diwali/Deepavali is the festival of lights. It's a three day festival which signifies the message of good over evil. There's a story in one of the Indian Epics, Ramayana, which tells that the people of Ayodhya (a city), welcomes back the king of that city after he wins a battle with a demon god. Apparently, Rama, the king of Ayodhya, is a reincarnation of one of the three main gods in Indian mythology.
