Ok, so girl is on a island training to be the next kings guard for the griffin king, like her parents were before her, and the king (griffins can turn human) has been her best friend since childhood and shes in love with him. However while she was away being trained he married another griffin and had babies. She gets called home to start as his guard, his wife is pregnant again. Through a blood ceramony over time the king can turn her into a griffin as well through the goddess and her lover.....
Anywho king loves her, altbough griffins are true to their mate, turns out she is his true mate and his wife is the mother of his children through, like, invetro, and during a ceremony their island gets attacked, pregnant wife gets hurt, she magically takes the babies into her own body to save them.....
