Help Finding a book I think is called "Flight"

This fictional book is about a woman who flies each weekend to a different city and has consensual sex with men she doesn't know. This is the premise of the title, but also it refers to her wanting to flee the sadness of her life. She keeps everyone at arm's length. I believe she can fly free because her ex-husband was a pilot, or she was an air stewardess. Any help would be appreciated.
