So, yeah I've got up to chapter 5 and I'm loving it! The writing style is brill and I love the characters. I'll talk more when I've read more!

I just want to say, this is NOT a group read. This is just me and whoever wants having some fun. The group reads will be more intent, serious, and (hopefully) more active discussions. Just wanted to clear that up!
I completely agree Bea that the writing style is amazing, but I'm having trouble with the characters.... I don't know what to make of Alina, but I don't like Mal at all. I don't know why but I love the Darkling.... but then again I nearly always fall for the "bad guy with a good side(but mostly bad)" guy *cough*Loki*cough*
Anyways, this is a REALLY good fast-paced read! Why didn't we read this sooner?

I'm on the last chapter. I think I'm giving it 3 stars (view spoiler)[because /i was so disappointed that the Darkling was a bad guy and I didn't like who she ended up with(MaL) >:( (hide spoiler)] So combined I think the group's rating should be 4 stars?

I hate Mal at the beginning, because he was so selfish, but then, when he sacrifice himself, I start to like him, but Nikolai have all my heart in this book, I want more Nikolai in my life, I NEED IT
