Lauren (laurenjberman) | 2240 comments Why did the Mute Master decide to train Celaena after she took the blame for Ansel?

message 2: by Lieke (new)

Lieke | 83 comments I think because she was willing to take the blame for a friend and face the consequences. Especially when you keep in mind the consequences she expected because of what she was used to.

Lauren (laurenjberman) | 2240 comments Yes, I think this is when he began to respect her and considered her worthy of his training.

Melissa (melissasd) | 194 comments I'm in the same mind set as Lieke and Lauren. Her taking the blame showed courage and loyalty. The Master respects loyalty.
