Please Add book to series (plus delete a double-up)

The Wanderer of Worlds series has a book #4.

(I wrote 'book 4' in the subtitle, I will edit it out once it's added to look nice and neat).

Authors can't edit series ~ which I'm sure you've found out :)

Added #4 to the series, added some details to the paperback edition, and combined then merged the stray duplicate. May take a little while for the stray to disappear due to caching.

Please leave the #4 in the series title, all your books have them, and regardless of the series link, on some screens the series link doesn't show up. So it's nice to have the series title & number come up instead.
