Shaunesay Ready Player One by Ernest Cline will be our Adult group read for April - June 2018!

Feel free to post about anything concerning the book in this thread, and those reading it should be aware that there could be spoilers, so maybe don't check out the thread until you are done, or unless you don't mind spoilers!

Tr1sha | 657 comments I’m not planning to read this again as I read it very recently for another group. It isn’t the type of book I usually read, but I really enjoyed it. It will be interesting to see what others think about it in this group.

Shaunesay I read it awhile ago, so I won't be re-reading either, though I will sometime, as I really enjoyed listening to it with Wil Wheaton reading. I enjoyed the movie, but it was much different than the book in my opinion.

Which did you like better, the book or the movie?

Heather | 1262 comments I’m so nervous to read this book because of all the hype!

Shaunesay The book, because there was so much they had to take out or change to make the movie. so many more pop culture references in the book, everything more in depth. the movie was fun, just don't expect it to be the book.

Catherine (slytherdor1987) | 91 comments I'm listening to the audiobook and am enjoying it so far. I was going to stop listening about an hour into it because of all the background on the game creator, but glad I didn't.
