I'm a book blogger and I've recently started providing beta reading, copy editing and proofreading services. I am a newbie but I have a keen eye for spelling errors and glaring grammatical mistakes. I do not claim to be an experienced professional, in fact I am just starting out - and hence my rates are pretty low. This is also why I am only offering copy editing and proofreading services as of now. I'd be glad to hear from any authors who require these services.
I have a quick turnaround time as well.
