Will your books also be available as ebook outside Amazon? I combined the ebook and Kindle edition. If there is no other ebook, we merge the two editions and the people that have marked the book will be moved to the valid edition.

I merged the duplicate. It can take one or two days before all reviews will show correctly again.
I would like to add my ASIN to my goodreads book in which people have already marked to read, but a new one showed up.
