Hello everyone, Just joined the group. Nice to be with locals where we can talk locale. They say, write what you know, so I placed my first book, "Messenger's Soliloquy", in the Anza Borrego desert. The sequel, "Soliloquy's Sacrifice" moves the story to Julian, Ca. where you might recognize a fictionalized version of my favorite restaurant there, the Julian Café and Bakery or a fictionalized version of the Eagle Mining Co. Feel free to chastise me or correct me on something I got wrong (If you are inclined to read either book) I'm always open to criticism.
