November is a tough month for Cork as his wife Jo and his father died in that month. Do you think he’s now worked through that?

Hopefully he has now got some good things to remember about November which will get him through it in future.

I’d never put together that so many of Cork’s awful experiences occurred in November and could understand why the approach of the month darkened his mood. I loved how his relationship with Aaron Commanda developed and changed him, even to some extent Mrs. Gray and Bird. What they had in common was a desperate desire to protect their own. Aaron reminded me a lot of Henry and it didn’t surprise me to learn he was a chief.

As bad as the situation got, it was cathartic for Cork and I’m happy he’s now unburdened. Wonder if he’ll drop his ban on carrying a gun.
