One question, are face claims needed? What happens if you choose someone not famous or anything?

you don't really need a faceclaim, it's just nice to have a reference or something, helps build the character
they don't have to be famous no

It's good to see if it works for someone else. Because even though it may work for you it might not for anyone else, Outsider.

If the coding works it'll work for everyone man. If it doesn't work for you it wont work for anyone else.

I think it's a pretty good start, so far. Then again, this is your character. I don't think you need validation from others in order to better it.

would 'power level' be solely orientated toward combat/occult strength? or does it also cover more abstract concepts such as social influence or political power?

as in, would a civilian of high socio-economic standing still have a low score if they are unskilled in combat/the occult?

The power level is indeed oriented for combat. It's in the event that characters face off irp and people know how to write the fighting and like who'd win.
