'When I See You Again' is the 9th instalment in my DSI Jeff Barton series. A Pakistani refugee is murdered in the kitchen of a Salford pub but when the chief suspect is kidnapped and murdered, Barton begins to unravel a murderous plot spanning between the UK and Finland orchestrated by a banned far-right group intent on destroying multiculturalism. And Barton, who is complicating his private and professional lives by having an affair with the wife of the Chief Constable, has to work fast if he's going to thwart the group's ultimate aim which is to blow up a conference centre in Finland where a number of left-leaning politicians, including from the UK, are due to meet.
