I second that!
Twitter is an important tool for various reasons, but I am glad to see Amnesty International working on it.

As it stands users have to rely on the companies to enforce their rules, which they are understandably reluctant to do, after all trolls are good customers to them.
I know that the title of this topic might not be the best, but it's the best what I come up with for now.
So today Amnesty International released a new report on Twitter and its toxic environment towards women and minority groups.
