This is a question posed in Pamela Paul's book My Life with Bob Flawed Heroine Keeps Book of Books, Plot Ensues by Pamela Paul My Life with Bob: Flawed Heroine Keeps Book of Books, Plot Ensues. I thought it an interesting question, so I'm curious, "Why do you read?"

Trying to be fair, I'll go ahead and confess that I read for many reasons, but probably most importantly, I really enjoy it. I'm taken to lands I'll never visit. I'm confronted with experiences I'll never have. It expands my knowledge. It provokes my emotions (sometimes in a good manner, sometimes not.)

DeAnna | 38 comments One might as well ask, "Why do you breathe?" I read because I can't live without it. I listen to audiobooks while I drive because I'm sure that reading a book while driving is even more dangerous than texting while driving!"
