I'm currently reading "This is How You Lose the Time War", but I'm not too far along, if anyone wants to buddy read it. It's a Sci-Fi, time travel, stand-alone book, that has the "enemies to lovers" trope, if anyone's interested. It's also only like 200 pages long, so it'll be a pretty quick read :)
