message 416: by One (new)

One Girl (zee_bee) | 5 comments Hello there ladies! ^__^ Nice to meet everyone!

My name is Zee Bee. I'm 33 and I'm a Jamaican/Panamanian sapphic graphic novelist and animator.

I've taken a LONGGGG hiatus from reading novels to pursue my own comic series endeavors over the years BUT suddenly I think I'm starting to get the itch to read some books again!

I would love to read more sapphic comics/manga but they seem to be soooo hard to find. >.< I want to be able to support other fellow sapphic graphic novelists as well but I always see more sapphic novels than comic books in the LGBTQ+ genre.

At least I'm happy to be contributing a whole different medium to the culture though! It makes me feel good because so many people have said we need more sapphic comics. And it is true indeed! WE DO!!!!! LOL

If you guys know any other awesome sapphic comic creators, I'd love to know! <3

So far though, I've just been browsing around for some good sapphic reads in general. ~__~

I'm kinda new to Goodreads. I published my sapphic comic books on Amazon last year but literally just claimed my Author Profile on here this month. haha!

But anyway, once again nice to meet ya'll! And I hope to be filling up my bookshelf soon too! (but a virtual bookshelf for now...since I have no room for an actual gigantic bookshelf in my apartment! lmao)
