I'm a YA scifi author and 35 year old therapist living with my wife and baby in MN. I'm a slow reader because I spend a lot of time on job/family/writing but I'm so happy to have access to the books now that just plain didn't exist when I was younger.
Hey everyone! I'm Emma. I'm a 20 year old bisexual uni student who loves YA lit and getting emo over fictional characters, and I just joined goodreads so I'm really excited to get involved in groups and stuff! I haven't read as many sapphic books as I want to, but my favourites are Everything Leads to You by Nina Lacoeur, Far from you by Tess Sharpe, and Ash by Malinda Lo (also Six of Crows because even though it's TECHNICALLY not canon, Nina is a bi icon). I'm really looking forward to reading about more gay ladies and getting involved! (also praying this won't post 7 times because my internet was being weird when I tried to post it)

about the list: i can't speak on behalf of others but i'd love that

I really like Things A Bright Girl Can Do ✨
Thank you for helping me find some good books!! Xx

Lesbian/bi faves: Nevada by Imogen Binnie, Notes of a Crocodile by Qiu Miaojin, Everything Leads to You by Nina LaCour, Rat Bohemia by Sarah Schulman

Average bi, but ready to try, who is obsessed with girls, and reading about them! I've read quite a lot of Sapphic books in the past year or so, but I am hoping to find more. One of my favourite books of late is a long way to a small, angry planet. Might be getting that title wrong since it's all adjectives.

Also if anyone wants, feel free to add me as a friend on here. I’ve just started to really get into using this app and I would like some friend son here cause I like getting ideas on what to read next based on what others are reading. : )

2021 update: Not Pan but ACE. (Asexual) I'm attracted to all genders/gender identities equally, which is to say, not really at all. But everyone is beautiful! =D

- Into the Drowning Deep by Mira Grant (SO GOOD)
- The Dark Wife by Sarah Diemer
- Girls of Paper and Fire by Natasha Ngan
I'm currently working on Fire Logic by Laurie J. Marks and Kushiel's Dart by Jacqueline Carey. I'm still reeling after into the drowning deep tho.
I'd love to find even more through this group!

I love Simon vs. the homosapien agenda, and all of Robin Talley's AMAZING books!, though I'm hoping to find more amazing books as well!

I'm going to start reading next month as I already have a ginormous stack of books for this month!

I'm so thrilled to find a reading group purely dedicated to sapphic books!! 👌
In addition to reading, I also love to write, draw, and play videogames in my down time - among other random hobbies.
So far, my sapphic library is PAINFULLY sparse, but (even though they've been mentioned numerous times already), I love the books Of Fire and Stars & The Abyss Surrounds Us.
😍

I've been on the hunt for some quality f/sf, adventure, mystery, thriller, etc sapphic books, but I rarely found any! I'm not giving up though, so here I'm!

My all time favorite sapphic read:
🌈 Black Iris
Some recent sapphic reads I've loved:
🌈 Her Body and Other Parties
🌈 The Armored..."
hiiiii fellow black iris queen. no one i know has read, appreciated, and delighted in that masterpiece please be my friend

I've going to eventually read a few more of the books suggested here since they're on my shelves, and I'm definitely interested in even more suggestions!

I live in the netherlands but have an international history and still love making such friends. Espically if they can educate me on subjects like disability, POC matters etc. I have an extremely adorable dwarf dachshund called Max who is incredibly adorable and laying next to me right now and like a little bear <3
I also do the bookcase at my LGBTQ+ center, where i continously try to search for books that are actually by LGBTQ+ beings, espically POC books are my main mission to get as much as possible as, since i prefer to get as much as representation as i can get! (for the people who read the books etc.)
My fave list is currently somewhat short on LGBTQ+, since i myself mainly read YA contemporary romance-ish books. espically friend group ones. and the LGBTQ+ list.. i tend to have read them all most of the time. so i currently mainly read girlxboy books since there's nothing left. BUT. my faves;
The Way You Make Me Feel - Maurene Goo
What If It's Us - Becky Albertalli / Adam Silvera
Let It Snow - Maurene Johnson, John Green, Lauren Myracle
The Summer Of Jordi Perez (And The Best Burger in Los Angeles) - Amy Spalding
Leah On The Offbeat - Becky Albertalli
furthermore i also currently am collecting fairytale books! 24 and counting!
Greek myths too. (:
Greetings! MelinaJulia.
PS: yes, i'm waayy to good at talking too much when i get the chance. sorry about that!

No idea if this is still being used but I'll introduce myself anyway^^
My name is Lisa and I live near munich. I'm 25 and bisexual/pansexual.
I want to get back to reading as much as I did when I was a kid.

my name is MeiChi! i'm 15 and need to read more sapphic books :'-)
i love art, nature and bugs!

I haven’t read a lot of wlw books because the ones I found when I was in high school were cringy and made me feel like I was gross for loving women, or they were just Not Good Books. I would like to expand my horizons and find wlw (and other LGBT+ centric) books that don’t make me feel that way.
My favorite genres are historical fiction, fantasy, sci-fi, and horror. I can get into almost anything though!
Thank you so much for letting me join and I can’t wait to get reading! 🧡🌈

Ha ha, I was wondering the same thing?! Is there any way to post a new prompt or something?
I am a 23 year old Brit writer of lesbian erotica, 13 novels published world wide so far. AM I allowed to flog my newest Novel Vegas Savages, don't want to break any rules. Cheers Jane from London/
