Personality: Rudd used to be a very easy going individual, going along with pretty much anything. He is an experienced trainer for the most part, but doesn’t feel inclined to participate in gym battles. He was loyal to his friends, and can still become quite protective of them. He is fairly clever, and is a fast learner. Easily adapts to a situation. As of late though, he is becoming more careless in his actions, isolates himself from others, and is taking an interest in possibly joining team galactic.
History: Born and raised in Twinleaf Town, Sinnoh region, Rudd became a pokemon trainer at age 10. Like all trainers, he chose his starter from professor Rowan. His starter was Turtwig. After travelling for 4 years, he eventually decided to stop going for badges. Defeating Maylene from Veilstone city was his last gym battle. He now travels alone, except for a Grotle that refuses to evolve and 5 other pokemon who he has grown close to. Former friends have noted his constant absence and his growing hermit like values. It has been reported that he has been communicating with team Galactic, and he intends on travelling to other regions.

History:
She was born in Lavender town to a strict and mean father and an almost vegetative mother. The somberness of the town made for a potentially depressing upbringing but then, extreme emotion isn't really a problem for her anyway as she doesn't experience it. She had a childhood friend, Saph, and it was him who called her Strike because of her cold and frightening nature, like a lightning bolt. He moved regions on his Pokemon journey as he was older than her and she feels forever determined to follow in his footsteps.

Other~ Vanessa does not want Bayleef to evolve yet. Noctowl follows Vanessa around. When Vanessa went to compete in the Indigo League, after beating all 8 gym leaders in Kanto, where she literally bumped into her old friend, Simmon. She went to Kanto in search of her old friend, but was always to far behind to catch up to him. When she heard about the tournament she figured he would be there if he was still training. (She secretly has a crush on him). She has never dated out of hope of finding her old friend. They are now back in Johto going to explore, (even though this was the region the Vanessa started in, she was so dtermined to find Simmon that she didn't even bother exploring the Johto region). Nobody knows Vanessa's last name except Prof. Elm and Vanessa.

Personality: She is sweet and kind. She likes to help all kinds of people but she also has a knack for trouble and always finding herself in it. She has a deep love for her Pokémon and will keep they safe at all cost. She always have a he problem of not asking for help when she needs it.
History: She left home as soon as she could because she never liked it there. She always felt like she was meant for more. Now she gets homesick kind of easily.
