I’m ahead! I read it already! Maybe I will read it again. My 15 year old son also loved it & gives it as a gift to his friends that like to read. I’m interested to see what they do with the movie.
Did anyone read Annihilation & then see the movie? The most different adaption of any book I’ve ever seen! The book & rest of the trilogy was amazing I thought.

I just re-read Annihilation so I could get psyched about the movie (gonna try to see it this weekend). Though I'm setting expectations low since I've heard it isn't the best adaptation. :(

The annihilation movie was good as long as you know the only thing in common with the book is the title, the character names and that they went to area X. Ha ha.
I’m glad I saw the movie still and it had some beautiful scenery. I just kept thinking to myself that never happened. Let me know how you like it
