Could possibly be the tangled love series by Stacey Lynn. She finds out her husband is having an affair with her friend. While she is away at a business thing she spends the night with another guy then later discovers he is her new boss. This is the first book.

Even though some spoilers are hidden here, I'll still say spoilers ahead because I'm not sure if the details I'll provide are covered in the blurb or not. Sorry!
So I like this series but I thought the heroine was a bit of a doormat. Her husband is cheating on her with someone from work. He goes out of the city for some work-related excuse but is really hooking up with that girl. The husband though, is not a tool. He seemed like a fairly decent guy who made bad decisions.
Now, the hero - he's rich, hot, and intense. He wants the heroine so badly that (as far as I remember) he went as far as (view spoiler)[having her husband spied on to take pictures as evidence of his cheating then showed it to the heroine. (hide spoiler)]
With his pursuit, the cheating on the heroine's part commenced - a combination of sizzling chemistry between H and h, and some wound-licking for the h. It was a strictly no-strings-attached affair. Now, this series had A LOT of hot sex scenes. What sticks out to me is the scene where the hero used a remote control dildo? or something and used it on her while they were in a business meeting with a room full of people. XD
While the affair between the H and h was going on, there was a scene written in the husband's pov (view spoiler)[ that he actually thought about his wife and felt guilty (hide spoiler)] I don't remember how long his affair was going on though.
In conclusion to the story (view spoiler)[the heroine's husband actually regret his actions and realized he really loved her. The hero also realized that he can't live without her. There was a confrontation with the heroine, her husband and the hero present. She chose the H of course :) (hide spoiler)]
That's why I love this story. The heroine was so insecure because she felt like she wasn't enough for her husband and though he caught the interest of the hero, he didn't want anything serious with her. In the end (view spoiler)[ she stood up for herself and saw her value. (hide spoiler)]
