Some really tough games to call...but i'm gonna take a risk on a couple...the Tigers, as supreme as they are... have a 0% record outside of Victoria, plus the Tig's Dustin Martin is out for this game..so, I predict a very narrow win for the Adelaide home team...and I'm not convinced that the Bombers will push over the line against a young and improving home team, which are overdue for a 2nd win. Cats v North are also too close to call, but i'm going to go with the home team...so, here's mine..

The Cats/North game was terrific - both teams playing quality football. The Roos were by no means disgraced and never gave up, though one or two players didn't play up to their ability today. The Cats were awesome - but they can be inconsistent.

I'd like to take this opportunity to say farewell to Mark Kibble, a stalwart of the old Zon forums and one of the first supporters of the Aussie Rules tipping comp. Nocheese posted news of his death (on June 3rd) on the Gone But Not Forgotten thread. In the first three years I ran this, Mark was an enthusiastic supporter of the Bombers and of the McGrath Foundation (specialist breast cancer nurses) charity. He was a lovely man and a great friend to many of the old Zon crew. Thanks for lovely memories Mark.

Well done to the Dockers..they hung on..just! Crows not doing too well atm, despite an impressive 2nd quarter. Most of the goals were scored on one side of the pitch..mibbe the sun was getting in the eyes of the players on the other side or something!

The Lions & Bombers match was a weird one, quite boring if i'm honest & very messy, neither side seem to shooting accurately..but the Bombers just had the edge today.
