Meditation has been shown to have benefits, such as stress reduction. Do you meditate? Have you tried it? Or do you think it's bunk?

I certainly have and can swear for its effectiveness. I learned it as part of my Tae Kwon-Do training as a kid and it has served me well all the way through to adulthood.
Haven't tried, but hear friends praising it as effective.I believe one needs to believe in effectiveness to fully feel and enjoy the results.
