SOLVED. Romance... hero tries to sabotage the heroine so she has no choose but to sale her ranch and land.

I looking for a western Romance.
·The heroine inherited a ranch and land from her dad.
·Hero is a billionaire land developer who want heroines land.

The heroine owns a ranch and land that her father left her and she is in debt or something. She keeps getting offers to sale to the hero's company but the hero's business partner (i think business partner's name is George) but she keeps saying no. The hero wants the land the heroine owns so he go undercover to get a job at her ranch so he can try to talk her in to selling. While he is there he finds out that the heroine has a dream of opening a resort of sorts. Where she can give riding lessons among other experience. The hero pretends to like her plan and offers to help her build a arena/anthem theater for the riding lessons. She gives him a budget and he makes sure to go go for the most expensive supplies to go over the budget so that she gives him more money and have the men from his company come to build it an tries to drag out the build time frame all the while have a sexual relationship with the heroine. After awhile she agrees to give them the men some time off. The hero leaves telling the heroine he would be back in a few days but never comes back or except her calls.
A few weeks later she goes to the company to talk to George about selling because all her savings are now gone. An when she walks in she bumps in to the hero who is now in a business suit and leaving a meeting with George. She realizes she was being used an that the was the owner of the company. An leaves angry and won't listen to what he has to say (that he had a change of heart about everything).
Then i remember the heroine and her ranch foreman Joe i think was his name talking an he tells her how he loves he and has loved her for years an she tells him she doesn't feel the same way (because she is in love with hero).
Joe his angry and he says some awful and mean things to her. Later that day the arena is on fire and burns to the ground. When the firefighters search the rubbish for the cause the find Joe dead and they come to the conclusion that Joe was angry and drunk an started the fire.
Some time later the hero and his business partner are talking and George still wants to go ahead with trying to get the land and the hero says something about the heroine would open up her business an that she wouldn't sale. George then tells him that she wouldn't be able to because the was a fire and the arena was destroyed. The hero is shock about it then decides he don't want to be land developer any port and tells George he would sell him his share of the business an then leaves. He shows up at the ranch a tells the heroine he is sorry an that he loves her. The end.
