What did you think of the first-hand account of Karen Memory in regards to her dialect? Do you think it made it easier to connect with the character

I don’t know how many people had a chance to finish reading this one and come up with questions - it was only announced 13 days ago, right? And I often have to order my books through interlibrary loans. But I am about halfway through this pick right now, and enjoying it pretty well so far. And definitely plan on trying to stay awake for tonight’s hangout seeing as it’s the last!

I don't use Discord, but it's a voice and text chat service and I believe it's an alternate location for discussion. Functionally it means there will be fewer posts here on Goodreads, if people choose to participate there instead.

The Discord is meant to be supplemental to the group discussion. While this will remain the headquarters of VF, many people have expressed dissatisfaction with Goodreads, especially the mobile apps.
