**update** Hardcover comes out in December 2014 (paperback and ebook sometime after that). Since I last posted about this anthology, they accepted stories from C.J. Cherryh and John Shirley. I'll be keeping very good company in the table of contents!

Amazon is evil & DRM & wrong file format, could you sell it also in some other, more freedom respecting, stores like e.g. Smashwords?

The publisher decides the sales channels...I'm sure it'll be available in various formats when the e-book comes out later...
