I've been looking for this book for years. I read it when I was a teenager - it's at least 20-30 years old. It's a historical romance, set in the Highlands, about a "Lady" - and I think her name is Christina Mackenzie but I couldn't swear to the accuracy of her last name. Her nickname is 'Christmas'. She has a romance with some guy - I believe there's a love scene after a storm / snowfall? The author was a woman. I think the cover had a lot of pink in it.
