Can't Remember What I Forgot question

I read/got this book about three years ago , and i lost it while moving. I still had two or three chapters left, and its been killing me because, i cant remember what it was called or who even wrote it. All i remember is it had a weird short title. Its about a boy who meets this girl at a cafe and later on finds out her dad ( who is currently in jail ) is the drunk driver who killed his son. It would mean so much to me if someone could reply back to me. I desperately needs someones help !!!!! ( btw: that's not the title of the book up there, i couldn't leave it blank )
