Cast in Deception by Michelle Sagara - 4 stars

It's pretty impossible to give a synopsis of this book that will make sense to anyone who hasn't followed the series, so I won't try. Suffice it to say that the adventures of Kaylin Neya continue, and get more complicated, and remain utterly fascinating. Sagara's imagination is incredible, and her world of Elantra and its inhabitants always a pleasure to revisit. Not easy to understand, but complete understanding is not necessary for enjoyment, and indeed the wonder of it is part of that.
