All I remember about this book is that it’s part of a series and has a popular actor who is filming on a college campus and happens to fall for a regular girl.

SPOILER:

Towards the end, he proposes to her either early in the morning or late at night right where they first met, with hot chocolate in styrofoam cups (just like they had when they first met).
