March 2nd is “Read Across America Day” Since our members are from all over the world, we're calling it “Read Across the World Day”!! We've opened a thread for this for a few years now and you don't have to answer only on March 2nd, you can do it anytime this month. Give us any fun facts about you and your reading!!

Example:
Where you are from (city, state, province or country)?
What are you currently reading?
Do you read an e-book or prefer an actual book?
Where do you like to read (in bed, on the coach, a favorite chair, at the park, etc.)?
Where do you get your books (online, bookstore, library, Read & Review, etc)?
What are your favorite genres?
Who are your favorite authors?
Do you have an all time favorite book?
How many books do you typically read in a year?
Any other fun reading facts about you?

Vega_girl | 6624 comments I am from Oklahoma, USA!!
I am starting Kulti by Mariana Zapata next.
I love ebooks because I can read anywhere with out having to carry the book around!!
I love to read at home in bed
I buy my books on amazon mostly but there is a local book store I buy books from that I loved as ebooks.
I love all genres except murder mystery or suspense....if it has love I am there!!
My favorite authors are Elle Casey , Jennifer L. Armentrout, Colleen Hoover and seriously like a 100 more I feel like I add new ones to my list weekly!!
I don't think I have an all time favorite ....but I do have a feeler book....so whenever I meet people in real life who say they love to read. I have them read Bright Side (Bright Side, #1) by Kim Holden ...to see if we are book compatible. This book has all the elements that I love in a book! If they love the book then I can recommend more if they don't then I know we prefer different writing style. Haha, actually writing that out makes me sound crazy and a little like a book snob...
(*^o^*)

I am from the Seattle-Tacoma area of Washington.
I am currently reading Then There Was You (Second Chances Duet, #1) by Claire Contreras
I prefer to read an e-book on my Kindle.
I like to read in our recliner in front of the TV.
I get books from Amazon, NetGalley, Barnes and Noble
New Adult romances are my favorite.
Some of my favorite authors are Ginger Scott, Meghan Quinn, Kim Holden,
Beth Flynn, Sarina Bowen,
Elle Kennedy, Tarryn Fisher,
Colleen Hoover...I could go on forever!
My favorite book of all time is probably Bright Side (Bright Side, #1) by Kim Holden .
I typically read over 250 books a year.
Fun reading facts...I don't know. I have a book blog called A Novel Glimpse http://anovelglimpse.com/. That's all I can think of.

Barb and Deanne! I loved reading your all your reading stuff!!!!

I'm from the California coast in a suburb by San Francisco.
I'm currently reading Getting Schooled by Emma Chase & Junkyard Heart (Porthkennack, #7) by Garrett Leigh
I totally prefer e-book, because I can have thousands of books available to me at anytime!!
I always read in the morning in bed. I'll wake up earlier so I can spend some time reading. At night I read on the couch.
I get my books on Amazon, love Kindle Unlimited.
My favorite genres are YA Contemporary Romance, M/M Romance and NA Romance...I can read mysteries and fantasies too, but I add the romance!!
So many broken down by genre. My YA Favorites are Stephanie Perkins, Katie McGarry, Miranda Kenneally My M/M favorites are N.R. Walker, Lane Hayes, Riley Hart and my NA favorites are Colleen Hoover, Amy Harmon, Kim Holden but seriously I could add so many more!!
My all time favorite book is Making Faces by Amy Harmon
I read around 130 books a year.
A fun fact is that even though I'm always reading a book, I'm also always listening to an audio book. I have to have an audio book going to listen to in the car, while exercising or cleaning the house. Books make all of that more fun!!

Love reading everyone's comments!

I am from rural Ohio in the U.S.
I am currently reading Say You'll Remember Me by Katie McGarry
I prefer E-Books, but for some reason I still buy actual books. I have a kindle fire and a regular kindle that I use for outdoor reading.
I set my alarm for 30 minutes before I have to get out of bed, so I can read in bed before I get up! I usually read in bed or on my couch, but I love reading outdoors. Especially the beach on vacation!
I typically purchase my books from Amazon, Kindle Unlimited, NetGalley, bookoutlet.com, and the library (e-library for e-books).
My favorite books are romance (of course), and I think I can read anything as long as it has an element of romance...I don't like Horror, I'm a big chicken.
A few of my Favorite authors: Krista & Becca Ritchie, Kristen Ashley, Abbi Glines, Jennifer Armentrout, and Colleen Hoover.
Favorite book: It Ends with Us by Colleen Hoover (it was hard to choose)
I read about 120-130 books per year.
Fun reading fact: When we go to the beach (or any vacation), I always pack like 7 physical books, both my kindles, and of course my phone. I wouldn't want to be caught without options :)
