SOLVED. Regency Romance, heroine has cat named cerebrus [s]

Heroine has a cat named cerebrus because of his bad temper, the only part I can remember is the cat slips out the door and runs away and the hero chases him down and carries him into his club with a ribbon tied around his neck, in the next week all the gentleman around town are carrying around a cat with a bow

I believe she is acting as a governess to a young charge and the man the charge wants is fascinated by the governess. There are also twins that insist the gov comes with them to londen to secretly watch her fail.
