Adding Books

Hello I was wondering what the rules are to adding visual novels? Is there any requirements in order for a visual novel to be listed?

What do you mean by a visual novel?

If you mean items that are essentially mini video games, those probably will not meet Goodreads standards for books.

I found Hatoful boyfriend and Cross Channel which are also both essentially "games". Which made me confused as to what can be considered a "book" for Goodreads.

Thanks for the examples. Those indeed do not meet Goodreads standards for books, and have been removed from the database.
