According to the Edit Details Changelog, the titles of those books have been edited back and forth since publication. Currently, those titles have been changed by a Librarian according to Goodreads policy on Title formatting (see here) and Series numbering (see here).

A Librarian Note has also been added on each book to explain this and requiring the Titles not be changed back. Goodreads uses a particular formatting for Titles, as explained in the links above, which may not match Amazon.

I hope the above, and the links, help shed light on the situation.

On Goodreads, books in series have titles formatted as follows:

Book Title (Series Name #X)

The book titles are correct.
