Fantasy 105k, analysis, possibly proofreader?

Hello everybody. I need a beta reader. I might consider hiring for proofreading as well, but I'm mostly interested in a detailed analysis of character depth (and flow), inconsitancies, as well as any other advice one has to offer. The novel is unfinished, in the sense that I don't like where it ends at the moment, and I will likely be writing more. It's of a series called The Mythology of Amariol; the first installment being The Corruption of the Stars.

Agono of Amariol is a young man who longs for nothing more than to live a simple life with Rylen, his beloved. The power of keeping the seat of war has no appeal to him. However, as heir he must carry out a sudden and mysterious mission that will take him away from the safety of his homeland. While it should be a simple task, he will soon learn that the world beyond the safety of the walls is more treacherous than he ever imagined, and sometimes the unwilling are forced to act for the good of all when no one else will rise.
