Claremont's X-Men for me. I've got UXM 1-3, classic, Wolverine v1, Asgardian Wars, Mutant Massacre, Fall of the Mutants, Inferno/Prologue/Crossovers, X-Tinction Agenda, and X-Men by Claremont & Lee 1 & 2; but there are still a couple of gaps there. I've read the key stories and the crossovers before, but once its all out in oversize I'm planning on reading through the whole lot. Question is: do I wait for New Mutants, X-Factor & Excalibur to get omnis and read them concurrently..Also, I'm waiting on the Hickman's 2nd SHIELD vol to get an OHC (or an omni of the whole run), so that I can do one big Hickman read through. I doubt they'll be collected in oversized, but I'd like to throw his work in the Ultimate U in there, too.
Nice topic. Series I have read and own and waiting on more from: Deadly Class Library V1, Outcast OHC DCBS Variant V1 (waiting for V2 variant), Descender OHC V1, Paper Girls OHC V1, Superman Rebirth OHC V1, Saga OHC V1/V2, Manhattan Projects OHC V1/V2 (come on, Hickman!), All Star Batman HC V1/V2 (reading HCs new but want an omni eventually), American Vampire HC V1 (would buy as an omni, but jesus when??). I’m dying to own Snyder’s Batman run in an omni set although I have read and own all the TPBs. But I imagine with Loeb and Morrison’s omnis Snyder shouldn’t be too far behind.

There are some fantastic Batman books coming out this year. Hope I have enough cash for all of em : DNot sure why Deadly Class hasn’t come out. I think Remender’s schedule is insane.
Claremont's X-Men: Own UCX V1-3, X-Men Classic, (I havent gotten Asgardian Wars in case it gets collected as part of UCX V4 or a New Mutants Omni), Mutant Massacre, Fall of the Mutants, Inferno Prologue, Inferno X-Men 1&2, X-Tinction Agenda, X-Cutioner's Song, and Fatal Attractions [of release stuff I think I only need, Bishop's Crossing and Phalanx Convenent] [I have read up to Mutant Massacre and then decided to stop, will wait for UCX V4 then restart... BPRD: I have all release hardcovers including 1946-48, POF V1-4, HOE V1, and Abe Sapien V1 (have not read Abe Sapien yet because I think the right order is after HOE V2?
New Avengers: I have V1 and have been waiting for a V2, now that secret invasion is coming out do you think there will be a "road to Secret Invasion" Omni I should wait for or just start reading?

Wonder Woman by Perez. I read vol 1 because it was unclear whether there was going to be a volume 2. Now I have 2 and waiting on 3.
GI Joe the Complete Collection vol 8 - waiting to read with vol 9 - which is in limbo.
Don Rosa's Duck series. I have the first 8 volumes in the ten volume series that will be complete later this year. I read a big chunk of the content years ago but will do a read through once it is all in hand.
I was waiting to read all of Peanuts in order and just bought the last two books I was waiting on a couple weeks ago. Now I need to make time to read them.
I've got a few series I'm holding off on reading as well.Sixth Gun - Own 1-4, read 1 and half of two. Will restart the series when I get 5 later this year. Really looking forward to this read!
Irredeemable - Own 1-3, have not read any. Will read through when I get 4 and 5 later this year.
Hickman's Avengers - Own 1, waiting on the second Omni to read through both.
Manhattan Projects - Don't own either volume but will buy them when (if) the third volume is ever completed.
East of West - Own 1-2, read 1. Waiting on re-reading from the start once we get the final volume(s).
Saga - Own 1, which I haven't read. Will likely wait until we get to book 3 before I start.
Deadly Class - Own 1 which I haven't read. Wanting to wait until we get to book 2 or three so I can have nice longer read.
Black Science - Don't own yet but waiting on the 'remastered' edition to see if its sewn binding. On pre-order for now. Will likely get book 2 shortly after and then give it a go.
Invincible - Own 1-11, read 1-2. Planning to start reading through soon with 12 coming out.

Finished getting all the Don Rosa box sets. I've read most of the material before and have yet to re-read the box sets. They look great on the shelf. :) Ditto for the Complete Peanuts.
Volume 9 of GI Joe is still in limbo. :(
Haven't picked up the Perez Wonder Woman omnibus volume 3, read one and two is on the shelf. Same for the Batman Knightfall omnibus trilogy.
I have the Nightwing Rebirth DLX vol 1 and need two. Read none.
I have Flash Rebirth DLX vol 1 and 2 but not three. Read both. Bummed they canceled volume 4. :(

Blindzider, I'm still waiting for the Hickman and Remember books needing solicitation you mentioned. I think the next volume will also be the final volume for East of West, Black Science, and Low. Also will buy Remender's Seven to Eternity when it comes out in hardcover. It will be interesting to see whether Remender has some new series starting in the near future with several long running books coming to an end.
I'm waiting for STar Wars Volume 4, Doctor Aphra Volume 2, and Darth Vader Dark Lord of the Sith Volume 2. I have no idea why we have Marvel books listed well into next year, but books that should be releasing this or next month haven't even been announced. Doesn't give me hope.

Finished getting all the Don Rosa box..."Yeah, I suspect it'll be awhile, especially for Low and Seven to Eternity (ironically titled since it will probably take and eternity for Seven.)
@Infinity - don't give up hope!
I'm a huge fan of the Mignolaverse and would love to see the orphaned stories and limited series get the OHC/omnibus treatment they deserve.
Has anyone else noticed how thin Marvel's omnis are getting? Like the Daredevil runs are being split into two volumes, and combined they're about 800-900 pages. I'd much rather have them all in one omni. But hey, more money in two volumes than one right?

We've seen some huge books come out in omnibus form in the last couple years with 1500 to 1600 pages. If it is material I really like I think I'd rather have it split in half as the biggest books are pretty uncomfortable to read. I think 800 to 1000 pages is around the omnibus sweet spot for me. :)

For example, if you own Volumes 1 and 2, and are waiting for V3 and V4 to be released, before you can finish reading it, or waiting to have all of it before even starting?
Put another way, how many series are "unfinished" by you?
