ABANDONED. Fiction, romantic series with some thriller and throw in some aliens

I remember part of the beginning, a woman, the protagonist, thinks she stopped a terrorist attack, a bomber when she is then taken by men who claim to be home land security. In reality they are aliens and take her to their base where she finds humans and aliens working together and that they are in the middle of a war, and now she is thrown into the middle of it. Her mom secretly works for the government and her dad is somesort of decoder? Theres romance between the protagonist and an alien. Genre wise i think romance, thriller, sci-fi, and maybe some comedy
