Hello again, Jason! How are you?

Welcome Jason! I LOVED the revised edition of this one--one of my top books of 2018 so far. :) I'll be joining in on the discussion.
welcome Jason and thank you. i'll be sitting this one out. i can't handle those damn horrible things, so no way i could read a book about them. *shudders*
Oh, Jason, yay! I enjoyed Seeing Evil and at least I can handle the cover on this one lol.

Hello again, Jason! How are you?" Hi Red. I'm doing well. Just returned from a convention in North Carolina and am getting ready for StokerCon in Rhode Island. Also, thank you for the review and all your book reviews - I enjoy reading them on Twitter!

There will be a sequel, which will be somewhat different, for reasons likely obvious to you. I will be happy to discuss that... a little later in the month, lol. Thank you for reading and reviewing! I follow your reviews as well on here!

Hi Anne! Hope you make it!

Thanks, Catherine! Always nice to hear from an author of your caliber :)

Hi Ami - thanks for participating! Tastes differ, of course, but I can promise you'll find this one unique.

Hope to have you with us, Wendy - and cool pic! Giving me ideas for another Halloween story :)

And your review made me blush. Thanks, Kimberly!

Ha! You will be missed, Latasha, but I get it.
but it's just a little harmless spider, lol

The cover is a little intense. Glad you liked Seeing Evil, because What Hides Within won't be the only book with a sequel this year...

In the meantime, what's everyone reading? I'm tackling The Book of Lost Things by John Connolly. Keeping my interest so far.

Yes please! Halloween is the best time of the year!

I am finishing The Couple Next Door so I can read The Other, as a buddy read.

Currently finishing Blister Had to put it down for a while because I wasn't sure where it was going, but I'm back to it and will hopefully finish today.

Im sure I cant ask my kind of questions here though ?

I'm working as a contributing editor for Corpus Press' upcoming Halloween collection, so I will definitely be producing more Halloween horror this year

Some intriguing choices. I have not read either, though both fall within my reading tastes.

Jeff Strand is one of my favorite authors, though I wouldn't rank Blister at the top of his work. Enjoyable, but no Dweller.

You know I wouldn't stop you. ;) But I don't know... does Goodreads jail people like Facebook, lol

Thanks, Katy, and welcome. I have just met some dwarves in The Book of Lost Things - so far, I' enjoying it quite a bit. What Hides Within is, well, not the same kind of book.
Except maybe for that sordid retelling of Red Riding Hood... or, maybe not.

Jason, where is StokerCon going to take place? I live in RI.

StokerCon will be at the Biltmore in Providence, March 1-4. I will be splitting time volunteering as a HWA member, spending time at the NEHW (New England Horror Writers) booth, going to panels, and moderating my own panel (Saturday at 11am). If you decide to stop in, do please come by and say hi!

I'll see what I can do.

that's so cool! I used to live in Rhode Island. I'm in NYC now. Wish I could go!

Yeah, I almost went two years ago when it was in Las Vegas because, well, Las Vegas. Last year was CA, and I missed that, too. I figured I'd have no excuse to miss it this year since it's 8 minutes from where I live.

I'm from southeastern, MA - currently East Providence

It's a honor to be asked to participate, so thank you for having me!

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts :)

No spiders, either :)
