I have been combing this group and can't seem to find an answer to this question. I'm not sure if I am posting this in the right section, and if I'm not, I apologize. I was wondering: can authors can add books that aren't published yet but are going to be? For example, adding a book without a cover image or description (because I haven't released it yet) and just gradually edit the book to include that information when it is time to do so. That way it will help generate pre-buzz for the novel and readers can add it to their TRL. Or is this against guidelines and frowned upon? Thank you in advance for your help!

Authors can post forthcoming books with only partial information but not Incomplete and in progress works per Librarian Manual
