So a group of astronauts come to a planet with aliens very different than humans when it comes to anatomy. They have no qualms about showing humans how they go to the bathroom. They have a ritual where they produce stones and drop them down shafts. The humans figure out that unbeknownst to themselves the aliens are building a giant nuclear bomb (with the stone-droppings). Also, maybe the human robots produce radiation that harms the aliens?
