Sounds like a plan!

Nicole (nicolevickers) | 1814 comments I just requested Mitford from my library. I have English Heaven. I've been a little overwhelmed (so I'm behind with my leisure reading...sigh....) with work this week, I'll have that thread up by the weekend! I want to be able to start it first. :-)

Unfortunately no. I have requested it be added to our Overdrive access so maybe soon :)"

I hope it works out, Kaya. If not, no problem. We can adjust March schedule. ;-)

March title update: If no one is on board for Crepes of Wrath (Kaya might've been only PI 'sides moi for read/discuss), I'd be interested in trading it for 13 Chocolates. It'd be 3rd read in Mar. I think Crepes may have to be postponed anyway unless there's more interest in it. Which is okay (though I do want to read it eventually). Or, we could scrap 3rd. Mar. read altogether. Thoughts or suggestions are welcomed.

message 62: by Jill (new)

Jill Tool | 992 comments I bought it already as it was the only one I was interested in. But that's ok I'll read it by myself.

message 63: by Nicole (new)

Nicole (nicolevickers) | 1814 comments I picked it up when it was free so I'm happy to read it!

message 64: by PugMom (new)

PugMom (nicoleg76) | 2014 comments I think I have it. I 'll check

message 65: by Nicole (new)

Nicole (nicolevickers) | 1814 comments It's 99 cents now....

message 66: by PugMom (new)

PugMom (nicoleg76) | 2014 comments I have it. I got it when it was free too.

message 67: by PugMom (new)

PugMom (nicoleg76) | 2014 comments The Mitford Murders is quite a long book so I'll post the first section probably this weekend.

Which title, Jill? I'm still on for Crepes but I didn't think anyone else was.

99 cents for Crepes? In Amazon? Do you need to be a Prime Reader for that price? I'm a Prime member but not for books and audio.

LOL If you all mean still on for Crepes, then that'd be great! We'll keep it for March end. Actually, I'm up for both these titles (chocolates, crepes - two of my weaknesses) for March and one maybe in April? but I'm jumping the gun.

Gang, how many on for Crepes at March end?
How many on for Chocolate at March end?

Just so we've a head count to go by. And whichever title doesn't make March, how about we tackle it in April?

I'll leave it on Crepes in March if there's more than just me and one other.

Chocolate for April.

message 73: by PugMom (new)

PugMom (nicoleg76) | 2014 comments I’ll read the new Chocolate book that I got free. I had already read Crepes when it came out so not sure if I’d remember much.

Was Crepes any good, NicoleG?

message 78: by PugMom (new)

PugMom (nicoleg76) | 2014 comments I think so! I went in to read the next 2 books in the series so I guess I figured it was a promising series.

Bummer! Crepes of Wrath doesn't come in hard copy? Anyone in The Parlor know if this is fer sure? I'm reading main read on Kindle but wanted touchy-feely of Crepes in hard copy.

message 81: by Nicole (new)

Nicole (nicolevickers) | 1814 comments I see it on audio as well.

Thanks, Nicole. Maybe library will have a copy. If no, I'll get an e-book. Appreciate it. :-)

Nicole (nicolevickers) | 1814 comments I've lost track! Are we reading Mitford Murders? And, if so, when? Thanks! :-)

Ye-es! We've a tie-breaker. We'll stick to Crepes as third read & discuss for Mar. However, if you all are good with doing an end March - beg. April side on 13 Chocolates, that'd get all our choices in. Maybe another poll Q in order?? LOL They are easy for clarity.

Started 13 Chocolates and figuring if the story stays the course, I think the PI's are gonna "heart" this one. Love the assorted chocolates theme and the diagram at front pages. Something different...so far.
