Using Siri, Alexa, or Whatever To Read Your eBooks For You

Perhaps I'll try this again with Siri and/or Alexa.
Whoa what an awesome option, thank you for that break down. I use Alexa all the time for my Audible but this is pretty neat :)

I just gave it a go and had Siri read me "A Kiss of Thorns" by Tim Waggoner. It was a pretty unique experience. Some of the pronunciations were a little off. During one seen it was "I will let you live" but live was pronounced as if you were saying Live Music. But as a whole I plan on using it a little more since a lot of horror novels don't get the full blown Audio Book Treatment.
Let me know if any of you have tried it and what your impressions were.
Note: For anyone interested in trying this on iPhone or iPad here are some directions.
1. Go to Settings/General/Accessibility/Speech and then turn the Speak Screen Option on. You can even change the voice of your Siri or reader here.
2. Go to Settings/Display & Brightness and then go to Auto-Lock and change it to never (this will stop your screen from turning off on it's own, probably best to make sure to turn back on when your done reading)
3. On your Kindle App do a 2 fingered downward swipe this will start the auto reading.
The controls aren't nearly as precise as audible but they work well.
