Multiple ignored claiming requests

Hi, I'm having a problem claiming my author name, I have tried multiple methods for updating my name to make it match precisely but it seems that the tool provided is insufficient to the task.

I am Siôn O’Tierney, unfortunately the distinction between a ' and ’ is causing problems in identifying this. When I try to update my name with the regular (slanted) quote to match the listing, it saves instead with the straight quote, regardless of my efforts. My attempts to identify as Siôn O’Tierney in spite of the difference between the two representations have been ignored (I just put a new one in, the first was approximately two weeks ago).

If it is possible to edit the Author name to have the straight quote (on https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...) so that my claiming will finally go through, I would be quite grateful!
