Uhm generally yu go to the request topic and ask if anyone wants to rp, and the someone usually does. And you make a thread. Then you discuss a plot and create characters, and then each write paragraphs to move the story along. People have different preferences to how long they like their paragraphs... Also then there are other groups that have a central sort of plot and people create characters and can rp with anyone else in the group.
